Users Capacity Planning

The Users Capacity Planning view aims at allocating the number of days your resources (users) will spend on projects over the upcoming months. 

The total line (facing the user's name) is greyed out as it sums up the figures by project. The color code on this total line indicates if the number of planed days is exceeding (red), below (yellow) or equal to the the number of available days for each user (based on his/her actual schedule)

If you are manually entering capacity data, you simply need to fill in the appropriate cell(s) with a number of man-days for this "project/month" combination. 

If you have not yet scheduled a particular user on a particular project, you can simply add this combination using the Add Project button:
