Create Capacity Data

There are three ways to get capacity data and you may combine them:

1. If you use Teambook's operational planning, you can automatically synchronize your operational planning to feed your capacity planning by setting up the corresponding option in the organization settings
2. Alternatively, if you don't want to use the automatic synchronization, you can manually trigger the copy using the Copy Planner button available in the Capacity by users.When triggering the copy feature, the system will propose to copy the next 12 months; alternatively you may choose to copy a specific timeframe. You will have as well to indicate what to do with potentially existing previous figures (overwrite or add) and then confirm using the Save button:

3. Finally, you can simply manually enter your own capacity data, independent of the planning information.
