*** Note: Teambook allows you to update your calendar with Teambook's booking. If you intend to upload information from external calendars into Teambook, you may want to use an integration tool like zapier to do so ***

If you are interested in reflecting your bookings in your own calendar, you can use the Teambook subscription. Doing so will automatically synchronize your personal calendar with Teambook's bookings.

The following calendars are supported, and any other calendar that supports iCalendar feeds should also support syncing with Teambook:

  • Google Calendar
  • Mac OSX Calendar/iCal
  • Microsoft Outlook (recent versions)
  • iOS (iPhone/iPad) Calendar

IMPORTANT:

  • The calendar feed is "read-only". If you edit any item in a 3rd-party calendar, those changes will NOT be reflected/saved in Teambook. If you edit a calendar date in Teambook, your 3rd-party calendar will be updated, but the frequency depends which calendar you use, see below
  • the Bookings start time will based on your company (by default), respectively user's schedule (if different). Similarly, these schedules "lunch break" will also be reflected in the calendar synchronization, taking your time zone into account. If bookings have been entered with a start-time, this time will be reflected in your calendar.
