If you are interested in reflecting your bookings in your own calendar, you can use the Teambook subscription.

The following calendars are supported, and any other calendar that supports iCalendar feeds should also support syncing with Teambook:

  • Google Calendar
  • Mac OSX Calendar/iCal
  • Microsoft Outlook (recent versions)
  • iOS (iPhone/iPad) Calendar

IMPORTANT: The calendar feed is "read-only". If you edit any item in a 3rd-party calendar, those changes will NOT be reflected/saved in Teambook. If you edit a calendar date in Teambook, your 3rd-party calendar will be updated, but the frequency depends which calendar you use, see below

Note: Bookings start at 8AM and, in case of multiple bookings in a given day, are stacked along the day (Teambook does not know about your usual "lunch break"! )

To subscribe to your own calendar, access your profile which is found under your name in the top right corner.

Next to your name appears a calendar icon that will allow to copy a subscription URL & paste it into your own Clipboard.

Note that admin & planer roles may also access the calendar icons for each user displayed in Users section:

Then, you will have to enter this  URL (copied in the clip-board) into your calendar application:
