Note: the recurring booking feature only applies when you are marking a SINGLE cell of the planner screen.

The new/edit booking lateral panel displays a line "Repeat booking" :

Choosing this option leads to a menu where you now specify the type of repetition:

Please note: the Custom option depends on the day on which your reservation is scheduled (e.g. "3rd Thursday of the month", which you can then repeat every month).

Then, in the next screen, you define the frequency and "duration" of the reservation to be repeated, by setting an "end date" or a number of repetitions.

So, for example, if you wish to repeat a reservation every quarter on the 18th of the month for the next 2 years, you can create an initial reservation and then choose to repeat it every 3 months, until the desired date.

Click on the Create button.

Note:

  • the repeated bookings are now considered as a "group of bookings" and hence when modifying any of them, you will be asked if your change relates to "only this booking" or "all the future ones" (future meaning dates after the one you are currently marking - it may be different from today's date).
  • you may want to amend the recurring rules of a booking once save. To do so, use the rubbish bin icon to delete the rule and re-enter the parameters as desired.
  • in the planner, the bookings carry the letter "R" to indicate that they are recurring items; furthermore, the booking is marked accordingly in the booking panel:
