As an alternative to creating users manually, you can use the integrations available in Teambook!

Another alternative is to import/download Users using an Excel file.

To get your users' data in Teambook:

  1. Go to the Users section
  2. Click on the arrow next to the Create User button to access the Upload User feature

  3. A new modal window opens up - click on Excel sheet

  4. In the downloaded excel file Edit the sample data with your users data (following the format of the sample data)
  5. Copy the cells of the users you want to import
  6. Paste the data on the Pop-up screen where instructed (don't mind the layout) and click on Upload
Note: Make sure mandatory info (such as First Name, Last Name and Email) are populated in the file and do not change the columns' order.
