# Track Time with Teambook - Timesheet (Video)

Using the master data of [Projects](https://kb.teambookapp.com/en/article/create-and-edit-projects) and [Users](https://kb.teambookapp.com/en/article/create-users), Teambook's **Timesheet module** helps fast-moving organizations to better **track, approve & monitor actual time spent on projects.**

## **Time sheeting in a single click**

Each Teambook user, including subcontractors, can enter the time spent on projects by week or month, either on the desktop version or on the apps. A function allows you to copy planned times with a single click, simplifying this often tedious task! All that remains is to modify any exceptions and add comments if necessary.

## **Timesheet approval and processing**

Project managers and administrators can view the time teams have entered on projects. With a simple click, they can approve these entries and download detailed information for invoicing. While there is no built-in approval workflow, the intuitive screens, filtering possibility and visual hints greatly facilitate the process.
