# Manage Payroll Elements

Each [time sheet entry](https://kb.teambookapp.com/en/article/enter-actuals) may be stored with specific "**Payroll item**" (further to the "**Task**"). These fields are not mandatory.

These detailed information can then be exported and allow specific reporting and potential serve for interface purposes. 

You may **create**, **edit** or **delete** organization specific values in the **organization** settings by clicking on your **name** in the top right corner:
