# Import Users

As an alternative to creating users manually, you can use the [API & integrations](https://kb.teambookapp.com/en/article/teambook-api) available in Teambook!

Another alternative is to **import/download Users** using an Excel file.

To get your users' data in Teambook:

1.  Go to the **Users** section

Click on the **arrow next to the Create User** button to access the **Upload User** feature![](https://cdn.filestackcontent.com/ZmA9kX0zTluI1XC3O6X7)

A new modal window opens up - click on **Excel sheet**

1.  In the downloaded excel file **Edit** the sample data with your users data (following the format of the sample data)
2.  **Copy the cells** of the users you want to import
3.  Then either **Save the Excel file and upload it** using the appropriate button.
4.  Or, **Copy** the cells of the data you want to import and then **Paste** this data in the modal window where indicated (do not care about the layout) and click on **Import**

**Note**: Make sure that mandatory information (such as First Name, Last Name and Email) is filled in the file and do not change the order of the columns.
