# Import Timesheet

*Note: Only users with a role Admin or Planner may use these features.* 

If you are using an external timesheet system and want to upload the logs into Teambook (say, to use Teambook's comparison reporting), you can use the dedicated **import actual time-logs** feature, allowing you to upload a structured excel sheet. 

This feature can be found in the **Timesheet** module, on the **Manage log** screen, when clicking on the "3 dots" button. There you will also find a tool to **bulk delete timesheet logs**.
