# Entra ID (Microsoft Azure) Integration

This integration enables you automatically update your Teambook users with your Entra ID (Microsoft Azure) directory, for the following business cases:

-   Account creation
-   Account edition
-   Account deletion

The information passed from your directory will consist of: First & last name, Email. Since the Role is a mandatory information, all newly created account will have a regular role. You may want to enter other users details (tags, start & end date, notes...) directly in Teambook.

Go the **Integration** tab of the **Organization** settings (accessed by clicking on your name in the top right corner):

On the Microsoft Entra ID line, click on the **Connect** button and enter your Tenant ID:

The next screen allows you to limit the users that will be handled by the integration.

A confirmation pop-up will confirm the set up.
