# Create Capacity Data

There are **three ways to get capacity data** and you may combine them:

1. If you use Teambook's operational planning, you can **automatically synchronize your operational planning** to feed your capacity planning by setting up the "auto-synch" option in the [**organization settings**](https://kb.teambookapp.com/en/article/edit-organization-settings) ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/52dabaf2-3943-4a63-ad21-da238cd3272a)
2. Alternatively, if you don't want to use the automatic synchronization, you can **manually trigger the copy** using the Copy Planner button available in the [Capacity by users](https://kb.teambookapp.com/en/article/users-capacity-planning).![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/c70ae774-e08e-4979-948e-3efc7fc7cf0a)When triggering the copy feature, the system will propose to copy the next 12 months; alternatively you may choose to copy a specific timeframe. You will have as well to indicate what to do with potentially existing previous figures (overwrite or add) and then confirm using the **Save** button:

3\. Finally, you can simply **manually enter your own capacity data**, independent of the planning information. Note that you may enter **decimals** (Teambook will round up to the nearest 1/4 of day)
